Chiloso Mexican Bistro

Ordered 2 steak tacos. Tortillas were warmed up for me first then the fillings, wow a good helping of steak on each. The toppings looked fresh and everything tasted great. I totally enjoyed my order with the tastey white chip dip. Loved it a nd cost was reasonable.

OH MY GOSH this place has DELICIOUS food!! They need to open one in South Louisiana!! I went twice while on my 4 day trip!! Loved it both times BUT the grilled avocado AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!

THIS IS one of the Very Best places to eat!! You have a large variety of choices for food & drinks at the small bar too. For a 'small place' they rock-it!! It grieves me to hear or see complaints over 'minor' things. NO Place cooks like things "you" grew up with! I am a long haul trucker and THIS PLACE is Glorious for what they do and the people here are very friendly & helpful - get past your griping over minor things.

We had a fantastic first visit to Chiloso Mexican Bistro in Royse City. Christian and Cason were incredibly welcoming and took the time to walk us through the menu. Special shout out to Yoa for being warm and attentive. We will be back because of her! The quesadilla had the perfect crunch, the salmon bowl was filling, and the bar and TVs were an unexpected surprise.

This Chiloso was super clean and really well kept, which immediately stood out. I ordered a chicken bowl and every single ingredient tasted fresh and high quality — from the rice to the salsa and especially the guacamole, which was some of the freshest I’ve had. The portion size was generous, and the value for what you get is genuinely great. We dined in, and there were plenty of tables available with a relaxed, casual atmosphere that still felt nice and inviting. Service was friendly and quick without feeling rushed. It’s one of those places where you can tell they care about the freshness and presentation of what they’re serving. Overall, I’d definitely recommend stopping here if you’re in the area. It’s a great option for a quick but high-quality meal that doesn’t feel like fast food
