Chili's Grill & Bar

I just have to know how does one make a cheeseburger and literally forget the entire bun... I'm not even upset, I'm genuinely curious. Like what was actually happening while they put all the toppings and the patty in the to go box with no bun in sight? I completely understand forgetting the pickles or even the cheese... but how do you forget the whole bun? Can someone please tell me how this happened? Normally we dine in and the food is usually pretty good for the most part as well as the service but take out seems to be a different story. Lesson learned here, always check everything before leaving!

Service is good and the food comes out fast. The menu has a good selection and the prices are a good value. I don't care for the little kiosks on the table that are used to pay the bill, or that there isn't a option to print it. The only condiment on the tables is ketchup. Not even salt and pepper shakers.

We went out for a family dinner at Chili's because it was within walking distance from our hotel -- and what a nice time we had. I'd recommend the salmon off of their lighter menu. It was well-seasoned and perfectly cooked, especially good with the grilled asparagus which was crispy on the tips just the way it should be. Of course, I also ate plenty of the queso dip as well, so I wasn't health conscious the whole time I was there! That dip, the chips and salsa were all really easy to keep eating, especially paired with a nice beer. Our server, Caitlin, was very friendly, helpful, and kept up with our drink orders without pushing us to order more than we wanted. She made our evening a very pleasant experience!

Everything was amazing! Brooke, our server, was awesome — very attentive, caring, and quick. Because the service was so outstanding, we asked to see the general manager, and Liz came out. We told her how great our service was and how smooth the flow of the entire team felt. Chili’s is our favorite chain restaurant. Most locations are a solid 4-star — but this one in Oconomowoc is a 10-star. After talking with Liz, we understand why. Kudos to the leadership and the entire team here in Oconomowoc. We’ll definitely be back!

Our kids had a basketball game in town a couple weeks ago and we absolutely love Chili’s. Service is usually good and on that day, it seemed we had a newer server who was good, small things could have been better but nothing that took away from the experience. Today, we returned for more basketball and again ate at Chili’s. Wow! We had Shelby as our server and hands down, she is the best server we have had anywhere. When a small child guest that we had with wanted to order the biggest things on the menu, she naturally guided him to an item that was a perfect choice based on what he was wanting. She remembered every detail despite getting very busy fast. Thank you Shelby - you are the best!
