Chili's Grill & Bar

Order was not prepared like i ordered it, ordered a plain hamburger no condiments, mayo on the side, light butter on bread, it was slathered in butter with pickles and mustard, she replaced the top of bread, then my meat was very undercooked, they did replace burger after I complained,, we ordered the three for me deal, a drink, a starter and the burger. Not trying to complain but the whole overall experience was not good.

I told our waiter that I'm vegetarian and asked if I should choose the burger with a black bean patty or the nachos. She said the burger isn't good and that I could replace the meat on the nachos with the black bean patty. I received my order of nachos twice with bacon on them. I waited 20 additional minutes for my order to finally be corrected. Our drinks were bad. The tea wasn't sweet, the lemonade was sour and the coke was bad. The waiter confirmed we were correct about the drinks. My daughter's order for 5 chicken strips was put in as 4. The waiter confirmed she put it in wrong. After paying the waiter no longer came to our table. No bags were given. Also, there was something green on a supposedly clean fork. We will never go back.

We had the best experience here with our server Valarie. The food was delicious, with generous portions for the prices.

The last two times we have been here haven't been great. The first time a couple weeks ago we had a big party if about 16. The manager there crammed us into enough seating for 12 even though there was a bunch of empty tables next to us. The excuse was that those were another person's section. And then on a Sunday we came in about 40 minutes after opening, only a handful of people there eating but maybe 3 or 4 little parties coming in at once. Plus some more people coming into eat behind us. Same manager told us all it would be a 15-20 minute wait while he gathered more staff to accommodate the little rush despite having at least 4 servers standing there waiting for people to be seated. It's Sunday, I get it with church crowds and all coming in but why was there not more scheduled at that t

Overall, this Chili’s location delivered a solid experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our server stayed attentive without rushing us. The food came out hot, fresh, and well-prepared, with generous portions for the price. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy the meal. It’s a dependable spot for casual dining, and I’d definitely return when I’m in the area.
