Chili's Grill & Bar

Ordered the Triple Dip, the sliders' buns were stiff and the meat has hard. We sat in the bar because the music is lower there, but the lights weren't working on the right side and they had no idea when they would be back on. The music is extremely up tempo and loud. This place looks like it's still in the 90s and the food too.

UPDATE 11-25-25: Tried this location again. I really hope someone at corporate reads this. Somebody is making their own version of salsa here. They do not serve Chili’s salsa. Maybe a rogue employee is making their own version?? It is totally different!!! It is like it has been frozen and freshly thawed out. Haven’t been to Chili’s in years because the service at the Alexandria, La location is so bad.So we decided to try this one while passing through Gonzales. Service was excellent, food came out fast. The triple dippers were awesome but the salsa was terrible. It wasn’t the salsa recipe that I remember. It was thick and very salty. Also severely overpriced for lunch for 2, $55 for 2 triple dippers, 1 coke and chips and salsa………….

1/2/25. Came here for a later dinner and the place had plenty of seats. I ordered the Old times burger and a sweet tea. I would bet it came out in about 10 minutes. That's just as fast as a fast food restaurant but the burger here at Chili's was much better.

Excellent place We went last sunday at 2 pm. There were tables available in the bar área so we can see the games. The place is good with different tvs in the table is a screen so your son's can play with that and also the.kids menu that have games The people were.very kind, the food was excellent and very good prices. We ordered pizza for the kids, burger for me and a salad for my wife. Lemonade, beer and water Everything was excellent, I recommend here a lot

We Had Ms E! She is so amazing and beautiful. Her smile is Precious, she is so respectful and was very sweet to us! She made sure we had everything we needed & our food was great! I Highly Recommend E to anyone who wants to eat At chilis! She have an amazing personality and she have great energy & she holds conversation with us . LOVE HER
