Chick-fil-A

Chick fil a is pretty solid, but i noticed after the remodel the chicken here is always over cooked and hard, service is still amazing but the kitchen can use some help . I’ve resolved this issue in the app, but i just wanted to give a heads up to people that may be interested

Been to many of these chains and go to the one in my hometown quite often. This was the worst experience I ever had in one. Normally its the people that make the chain successful. The employees are helpful and always nice to deal with. This one is not like a normal Chick -fil-A. I guess they follow a different hiring criteria or is it the people in Louisiana that are just dumb and rude???? Food was the only thing good service was bad interaction was bad.

Ordered online for drive thru pick up. They had both lanes open for ordering. Went through second lane and was told to pull forward, not to merge and no signs to merge. Every other Chick-fil-A we have been to has signs and cone to merge lanes. This one had neither so we were waiting in the second lane while the girl in the drive thru kept staring at us asking everyone in the first one lane if they were me. Even a manager came to help with no regard for us in the second lane. We eat Chick-fil-A a lot on the road because we know we are getting. This is the first one we have seen the operations are the same as the many others we have through.

Great service every time. Sandwiches are very good, but could be bigger. Waffle Fries were cold and not very fresh... We will come back!

Chick-fil-A is already awesome but I had no idea they have catering. The employees are superb.
