It’s been a few years but I got to visit again today and it was amazing. The portions are more than enough and the food is about as home cooking as you can get without being in someone’s house. The pot roast was fork tender, and I wanted to put that gravy in a cup. The potato salad is some of the best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to my next trip already!
Food was hot and ready to go and the jambalaya for 2 would definitely feed 4. Great prices and the food is very good!
We stopped in for lunch. We had the shrimp creole and the jambalaya. It was delicious. Our only complaint is that the potato salad was big chunks of potato and absolutely no taste. It was very white. You can definitely tell it wasn’t made by a creole or Cajun.
Giving this a 3 star review. So I am a long time customer for about 5 years. Don't get me wrong the food is amazing.. when you get food. This is my second time ordering the Friday shrimp pasta. And only getting 3 shrimp in my meal. They first time I let it go. But the second time I told the cashier. And she ran to the back and brought me a cup and said this is all the shrimp we have left. We'll upon opening the cup I found 1 shrimp. 1. And about 3 pieces of noodles. Definitely lost a customer
Jambalaya, white beans, Cole slaw. The white beans were Great Northern beans and were pretty bland. Good cole slaw and very good chicken and sausage jambalaya. Order at counter and take a number. Was busy when I was there but the order came up quickly. Big open seating area not fancy but plenty of room for large parties and I ate alone at a small table for two. I noticed that they offered lunch specials.
