Service was good food was ok my burger came out not done very pink and bloody but everything else was cooked correctly.

The worst Baby Back Ribs I have ever ordered! I couldn’t split them with a fork, very very poor quality. Until management is corrected and food quality improves, I will not patronize Chilis in Gadsden, AL.

My experience here was amazing! Great food, good atmosphere, and the most important part for any restaurant is service. Our waitress I think her name was Sara, Was phenomenal! She had a great attitude, and kept up with everyone at once. It looked like she had a pretty big section, but made it look easy. Not once did we have to ask for refills and everything came out correctly. She was tea. Will definitely be back!!!

Waitress rarely visited our table. We were left without drinks for a long time. Waitress forgot to place the order in the kitchen for a dessert and then rolled her eyes at me when asked if we could get it before we paid(she was bringing us our ticket) Table beside us had their order wrong three times. They were out of several things as well. She then continued to hover over us while we paid emphasizing on a tip. The only positive was the food. The food was great. Just took a while to receive it.

A colleague and I ate here on January the eighth just last Thursday, one of our servers her name was Logan was in training and she was exceptional I believe they said it was only her second day and she was already taking orders, running out food and was overall a very delightful young lady. Come to find out in a facebook group posted by I believe her father she is looking for work being her training was terminated because she caught the flu. That is the issue with companies like this you find great employees and let them go for absurd reasons. She was not only a very pretty girl but was great at providing service, me and my colleagues business will not be back until this is made right.
