The choice

Even better under the new owners! This was a perfect meat-and-three experience. We tried chicken and dressing (Sunday special), fried chicken livers, fried okra, fried green tomatoes, and mac and cheese. Literally everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned. It was absolutely a fair price for the quality of food, and anyone complaining about the cost obviously hasn't noticed the price of groceries lately. No, it's not as cheap as when you ate here ten years ago, and If you want to eat at a fast food chain for a few bucks cheaper, go for it. But this food was incredible, homemade, and enough leftovers for a second meal. Great job, y'all! We will be back and often.

We ate lunch here for the 1st time since it reopened under the new owners. Was not disappointed, food was great, service was amazing. 5 stars all around. Highly recommend!

Absolutely addicted to the pork chops for breakfast! Have never had better pork chops in my life! My husband completely enjoyed the omelet he got. I would recommend this place to every single person I know

We ate at the choice for lunch on a Sunday, this was our first visit here. We sat at a corner both right by the server prep area. The menu wasn't explained and not easy to follow. We ordered drinks then food. Our food came out correct and was good. The service during our visit was sub par. We couldn't get drink refills from our server, kept having to stop other servers. They gave us our ticket with no explanation on how to pay, finally watched another customer go to the front and pay. Overall not a bad place, or experience want the best; this could have been a much better experience with a better server.
