Chicken Salad Chick

I have frequented this establishment. It has usually been very good, occasionally the bread is mildly stale. However today, I picked up lunch to go back to my office... they did not give me the chips ordered with my sandwich and the bread is so stale I can't eat it. Since I am unable to take a second lunch break, that leaves me without lunch today. I feel like the bread must be laying out for it to get so stale. Very disappointing visit today.

Very nice staff, and the food is great! I have to add a disappointment which has lowered them to 3 stars. They're charging for water now, and I do not mean bottled water. It's only $1, but that's just insulting. It's tap water! The food is great, and the staff is fantastic, but charging for tap water is just plain wrong!

I ordered the family meal and got the chicken salad, croissants, broccoli salad, cookies and a gallon jug of lemonade. The young lady forgot to put two out of six items in the bag and I had to remind her about them. The chicken salad and the croissants were good, the broccoli looked like it wasn't trimmed before being chopped up for the salad, the cookies were ok. The lemonade however had a large mosquito in it. I called the store and the lady who answered was completely unbothered by this, said they'd check the stock (per my suggestion), asked if I had any other complaints, and that was basically the end of the call. I did call right before closing, but still customer service left much to be desired, especially considering the subject matter. At this point not particularly eager to return

Perfect lunch spot! Lots of chicken salad, soup, and sandwich options! Staff is super friendly and quick service!

Food was great, but was reprimanded by a worker for picking up my scheduled curbside order. I chose the earliest time they allowed online and the worker was upset that I picked that time. She brought out my order saying “we don’t open until 10:30”. Yes, I know you don’t open until then, but it is a curbside order pickup time… change your curbside order hours online then.
