I’ve been noticing the couple times I’ve been going to this chic fila ( past two months) they have been very stingy on giving appropriate portions of grilled chicken in wraps and bowls. They are now cutting the chicken into smaller pieces and giving less of it which is very disappointing and greedy. I used to be able to save the rest for later but now when I eat the whole thing I am still hungry smh.

I frequent this location and it’s always good but I just wanted to compliment the employees working last night 1/28/26. It was BUSY, lines wrapped in the drive through as well as inside and they were running that place like a well oiled machine. Especially the girl at the front (didn’t catch her name but she was blonde) running back and forth from order line to the take out area around 6:15. Fantastic service!!!

Thankfully this place was open late which served us well getting back into town from the holidays. I was able to use the mobile app to order making it easy to pick up quickly and get home. They were super fast at making our food, and everything was well cooked and the order was correct. The newly designed drive-thru also helped make the experience seamless. When I got home the piece of chicken was very thin and small compared to all the other times I've been here. Typically the sandwich is the perfect size and covers the whole bun. That was not the case this particular evening which was a little disappointing after driving all day and looking for a quick and easy meal. Staff are always so courteous. We bring our corgi , order on website, then eat outside. Jack the corgi is usually given a treat by 2 different staff, and usually someone brings him water. I love the market salad, but not blue cheese and they always make it right!

I have lost track of the number of times I've received an order without all of my food. I have started checking my bags to ensure all of the food is there before I pull off. However, this time I forgot and lo and behold - missing an eight count chicken nugget for my child.
