UPDATE! After Diana Sweeney got involved, the entire situation turned around! 100% things happen because we're human; business or not. HOW you treat people AFTER, that says A LOT. Diana was able to pick up the pieces where Daisy, the individual who took my order the phone, (I can't remember his name), and whomever made our son's order, dropped the ball. She communicated with me, gathered ALL the information, and came back with a resolution that I thought was above and beyond! For the foreseeable future, because of our little one's sensory issues, we will be tied to Chik-Fil-A because that is the only protein he will eat. I'm hopeful that things will continue to move along smoothly as they have for the past few years, and this was just a hiccup, but if we were to ever face another uh-oh, I

It's Chick-fil-A. They are well known for efficiency and kindness. This location however is land locked and getting into and out of the parking lot is a little more difficult. They also do not have a designated lane for mobile pick up which slows that process down since you must go through the regular drive thru line. This is why I reduced it by one star. I searched for a mobile pickup parking spot, and did not locate one either. Still enjoy visiting, just not as smooth as other locations due to location size.

Yummy food. Amazing service. The staff knew many guests by name. Clean. Purchased a chicken sandwich, some extra crispy fries and a delicious chocolate milkshake. The bathroom we’re also spotless. Very well managed. Definitely recommend as a good place to eat.

For fast food. I love their chicken sandwich. I love the French fries with Chick-fil-A sauce. I tried the breakfast burrito for the 1st time. It was a decent size and really good. I got the hash browns on the side. They were delicious.

My family really likes this Chick-fil-A! The wait can sometimes be a little longer than at other locations, but that’s probably because they’re always so busy — which says a lot. The food is always hot, the staff is consistently friendly and professional, and they do a great job keeping the line moving. Excellent food and excellent service every time!
