The Standard CLCL -- Coffee Shop

I found the Standard to be a wonderful, inviting place to get a great coffee and something to eat. Matt is very personable, and will gladly stop everything he is doing to chat with you. The rest of the staff was just as nice, friendly and inviting. The coffee was exceptional, and the food that my wife and mother-in-law ordered was fresh and delicious. They have a Christ centered library in the back, which is awesome! There are many Christian themed books and writings to learn from. All in all, this is the best coffee shop in Florida! NDS LG!

This coffee shop is awesome. Within walking distance from UF health in the villages. Got a vanilla hot latte and it was fantastic. The owner was there super friendly dude. Customer service was on point. Why waste your time in the line at Starbucks. Small businesses rock!

Amazing shop amazing people spreading an amazing message. If you're in the area this is the only coffee shop for you. Matt is an amazing and wise person and all of the employees are fantastic people as well. The Christian library in the back is a perfect touch and many more places should implement this idea. If you’re wanting delicious, craft coffee, that’s brewed to perfection then look no further than The Standard. Not only is their coffee phenomenal, but their entire team are some of the nicest people. Skip the big chains like Starbucks and Dunkin and go support this business. You won’t regret giving them a try!

We tried this for the first time while we were in the area. I think it was the best coffee I've ever had at a coffee shop. I had the vanilla latte just to be safe and it was great, my wife had one of the holiday specials with white chocolate & amaretto, it was amazing! I wish you had a location in Ocala, but we will make our way down there again.
