Chick-fil-A

I ordered two CEC muffins sub egg whites, and a chicken biscuit. I got an egg white grill sub egg, a bacon egg cheese biscuit, and a chicken biscuit. Neither of these even match the tag on the bag. That being a chicken biscuit, a CEC muffin sub egg whites, and an egg white grill sub egg. This is the seventh time of the last nine that I have had an issue with Chick-fil-A making a CEC muffin sub egg whites. I was told to order it that way 4 mess-ups ago to make it easier for staff. I know custom orders are not the bulk of what you serve, but at least put the right thing per your tag in the bag.

Opened the bag. Took one fry. Now I’m fighting for my life not to inhale the whole thing in 60 seconds. Chick-fil-A, you got me. The waffle fries are crispy on the outside, soft inside, and not greasy at all — just right. The chicken? Juicy, flavorful, not too salty, and definitely lighter than most fast food out there. No weird aftertaste. No regrets. This stuff tastes clean, fresh, and honestly… kinda addictive. Might’ve already dipped three fries before writing this. Might go back tomorrow.

I’m posting from my account but this happened to my husband as I waited in the car with our kids. I ordered 2 medium fruit cups with no apples. You could literally see the bottom of the fruit cups as there was hardly any fruit in them. I went in to see if I could talk to someone about this and the girl who was at the front counter was extremely rude and told me that they don't add extra fruit when you get no apples. However, I have done this 100+ times before and never been told that. I told her that they should have let me know that when I ordered because when I ordered I literally said, “can I get the fruit cups with no apples and just extra of the other fruit and the girl taking my ordered said, “of course” and she just disregarded that. Hot & fresh using app to pick up thru drive thru. Occasionally there's a traffic jam at the end but these folks do their best & are always pleasant and smiling.
