Chick-fil-A

The manager that was on duty today in the CFA mall Feb 19th around 6:30pm was absolutely rude and should not have been at the front end. She was not very nice and you can tell she intimidates her employees and they were a lot nicer than her.

We love Chic Fil A!! They have great food and awesome service!!! I decided to try breakfast for the first time. I got a regular chicken biscuit and a spicy one. Both were delicious. The only issue I have is that the biscuit on the first sandwich literally disintegrated in my hands while trying to eat it. Luckily, I was at home, so eating it there was easier than if I had been in the car. The second sandwich was fine. Just be careful when ordering these, especially if you’ll be eating on the go, it could get messy!!

Don’t get the salad! The market salad had lots of brown spots and was missing the bleu cheese. When I pointed this out to employees they just shrugged and said sorry and that was it. No refund or alternate items offered. Very uncaring and poor quality food.

So this one's going to be a little bit different. I lost my card and the management decided to give me a meal for free. I came back to Chick-fil-A to pay for my meal and give a donation to help others in the future. The general manager said there's a program that allows them to show generosity and they cannot accept my donation. I think that's awesome!!!!!! Instead, I went ahead and paid for several people's meals as they were picking them up. It's this kind of generosity and kindness that the whole world needs to get it moving back in the direction it needs
