The protein shakes are so good, first time coming I got the blueberry muffin and my friend got chocolate peanut butter shake and both were delicious. Not chalky at all. Appreciated the kind service as well! They were really helpful! Definitely going again and would definitely recommend!

Stopped in and got a tour from Christopher, one of the owners, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of products and amenities, including a cold plunge and an Evolt body composition machine to support your fitness journey. I tried the Blueberry Muffin high-protein shake, and it was delicious! Looking forward to coming back soon.
Excellent service. Went in with high prices on my mind and was shocked to see just how competitive the pricing is. It’s literally the same as ordering from your favorite website. Friendly staff and very well informed, helped me browse and choose the right option for me. I will be back and will also tell others about M&N! They also gave me a few samples of something I was interested in trying. Once again thank you! Awesome place 10/10.
The store has an amazing and vibrant ambiance. The shakes are a must here! Staff is great and kind. Tried it once now I’m definitely addicted. Highly recommend this place!
