Upon arriving, I was initially struck by the volume of traffic exiting the establishment, which appeared quite heavy. I anticipated a considerable wait. I almost drove past the establishment mot wanting to wait an excessive amount of time. Pros Having not visited a Chick-fil-A in several years, and with some time to spare, I decided to indulge my craving. I joined the queue, which had approximately six cars ahead of me, and observed several friendly and courteous employees outside taking orders. To my surprise, I was through the line in under three minutes; it was truly remarkable. The service was exceptionally swift, and the staff were both kind and menu knowledgeable. absolutely love this Chick-fil-A, and I have to say it loud: please make the spicy burrito a permanent menu item — and please offer breakfast all day! The spicy nuggets inside the breakfast burrito are out of this world. It’s honestly one of the best breakfast items I’ve ever had, and every time breakfast hours end, I wish I could still order it. There’s so much demand for it, and I know so many customers who feel the same way! Bel Air loves Chick-fil-A, and making the spicy burrito always available, along with all-day breakfast, would take things to the next level. The flavors are amazing, the service is always great, and the spicy nuggets deserve to shine all day — not just in the morning! I had a one week old expired coupon for a free chicken sandwich and both the girl at the counter and the guy in the drive through just flat out told me no. I worked in fast food in my teenage years and I know these situations could be handled better. I felt like I was talking to robots. Oh well. The last few times I went the fries have been cold and the food subpar anyway. It’s sad they couldn’t make an exception for one sandwich. Won’t be coming back. I’d rather go to Popeyes instead. Yea they don’t speak great English there but the food is always hot and ready.

What can I say about Chick-fil-A? It's awesome and this location is especially legendary. The way they manage multiple lanes when it's packed is like some sort of magic trick. No matter how many cars you see during rush hour just get in line. You'll have your food in under 10 minutes.

Well over half of my salad was soggy and slimy. And why is there only a sprinkle of romaine? No one likes a soggy salad.
