Chaat N Dosa

Nice place, Great service but the South Indian food is very much adjusted for the western palate, so very bland. We were told that when ordering we can add a note on the screen asking for the spice level. Bene dosa was extra extra thick more like a pancake but the rava dosa was excellent, very crispy. The fried peppers had way too much batter on them. The onion pakoras were excellent. Overall not a authentic Andra cuisine.

Delicious benne masala dosa. Order at the kiosk. Sit down. Food arrives promptly. I get that traditionally dosas are eaten with one’s hands, but still would have preferred to eat with metal utensils rather than plastic which was all that was available. Otherwise great!

A gem of a place! The Benne Dosa is an absolute must-try, and the Chili Garlic Noodles hit you right in the nostalgia — it’s the closest I’ve come to those classic Chinese noodle stands back in India. What sets this place apart is how clean and hygienic it is, paired with a warm and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

Went to checkout the new restaurant and grocery store in Black Diamond and was pleasantly surprised. The grocery store carries almost everything you’d find at the Bellevue Indian grocery stores, with equally fresh and high-quality items. It saved us a huge amount of time not having to travel all the way to Bellevue from Black Diamond/ Maple Valley is a big win. I believe the restaurant next door chaat and dosa is also owned by the same group, and the food did not disappoint. Everything tasted fresh, which is a refreshing change from typical restaurants. The cone dosa was amazing, and the chaat, street noodles, and benne dosa were all equally good. My personal favourite especially after a full meal was the filter coffee. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommend checking out both the grocery

My NEW paneer pakora spot!! Best paneer pakoras I have ever had at any Indian restaurant! Service and technology wonderful along with the atmosphere! Recommend!
