Covolo is really, really good! Had an exceptionally good late lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. Arriving about 3:30 we were greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. The atmosphere is really nice and warm...its definitely NOT a pizza shop vibe...its upscale yet chill. Our server Devon arrived at our table, introduced himself, answer some question that we had about the menu and took our drink order. Two house wines (a red & a white) are available by the glass and served in a carafe which will fill the small rustic glass (not a typical wine glass) about two and a half times. 🥳Happy New Year 2026!🎉 I had to stop and write this review, because this pizza, environment and staff are THAT AMAZING‼️ Three bites only into this customized mushroom pizza with rosemary and sausage, I can say that THIS Cavolo's Masterpiece is THE MOST DELICIOSO PIZZA that I have ever had‼️ Ann is a very positive, warm and welcoming presence from the moment I stepped inside Cavolo's! Grace joined the initial introduction with Ann and she's also bright and took time to share info, ananswer questions! Camryn is a ray of sunshine and is peaceful kindand very attentive! I will return here for sure‼🎉 This is the kind of environment that people seek out: cozy, accomodating, pleasant, uplifting, personable staff, great tasting gourmet quality food! Definitely a positive experience!

Really good food, very authentic and real tasting and feeling. They have amazing drinks, really good beer, but definitely on the more expensive side of pizza. I was seated by a Hostess named Marla, who was extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming. She greats every guest with a smile every time. Grace, the manager, was also very helpful and kind. If you're looking for an authentic, delicious meal from the cute town of Lititz, look no further!

I had an exceptional experience here earlier this week. I’m a big fan of any pizza; while it seems like the trend these days leans towards NYC, Detroit, or “New Haven” style, it’s really nice to see a more Neapolitan-style done so well. I loved the carafe by the glass service for wine. The red featured was an Umbrian Gamay which goes crazy with pizza. I do like a smaller, more focused menu, but It would be nice to see some more by the glass options! Sitting outside and people watching along lititz pike on top of everything else really made me feel very relaxed. This is an excellent addition to the Lancaster County restaurant scene.
