Cava chestnut hill is the best cava i've ever been to!!! The food is incredibly fresh and the presentation of the ingredients to add on the bowl is so clean and neat. The staff is impeccable! Truly some of the nicest people I've ever encountered, my father and I always have the nicest small talk with them. Want to write this review to highlight Jeff! He was so kind to us and made our entire experience so great and inviting! He's truly a gem and a fantastic member of this Cavas team! Go Jeff!! Can't wait to come back and eat my favorite meal!

It’s a nice restaurant located in an upscale shopping center. There’s a free parking lot but it’s always full, not easy to find a spot. Pleasant interiors, comfortable seating, good lighting and acoustics, clean restrooms, all flat and wheelchair accessible. There’s food is fresh, tasty and nutritious, but the portions are small and the server wouldn’t add some rice or salad even when asked. There’s food pita bread is small and thin. Overall- good food but not good value. The problem seems to be that the employees know nothing about Mediterranean hospitality and food. They should learn to smile and be generous, at least with the simple things like rice, salad, pita bread etc. I won’t return here often. For similar prices you could get better food and better service at Pressed Cafe or a

The new CAVA in Chestnut Hill is fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Service was top-notch from start to finish, and checkout was quick and easy. Jeff, one of the employees, was especially nice and friendly—he encouraged us to join the rewards program since we plan to be frequent customers. He really made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back! again and again! 😁👌🏾

Jeff is absolutely AMAZING!!! I recognized him from the Fenway Cava, where he gave us such great service. Today he upped it even more. His kindness, warm smile and friendliness makes every visit with him seem like you’re visiting your best friend’s house, your most hospitable best friend. His service is like a fresh cool breeze on a hot summer day and a warm cozy blanket on a cold winter night. Thank you Jeff, you’re a true blessing from Jesus!!!!

Thank god they opened in this location. Great vibes inside and they always bless me when I go. Can’t ever go wrong. This location nicest one I’ve been to in Boston. It’s huge inside.
