It is unfortunate that the new store in our community is poorly maintained, located right off the highway and serving as the first gas station for passing travelers. The beverage area is consistently littered with trash, sticky floors, inventory is frequently low, and the checkout mats are deteriorating. I observed a cigarette on the floor while exiting. For a superior experience, I recommend proceeding one block further to Park Plaza.

Bathrooms always dirty. I thought with it being new, it would be Paola's only 24/7 gas station. It would be nice if they stayed up until at least midnight... Very disappointed that it closes at 11pm. Nothing in Paola is open for convenience or food after 11pm.

Absolutely terrible. Bathroom is always disgusting. I think it only gets cleaned a few times a week. There is consistently the exact same piles of trash multiple days in a row. There's usually three or four people there but only one behind the counter with the other three sitting in the office just chatting while there's big lines. It's always the same lady behind the counter and she's super nice but the other three just never help her. I don't know why she puts up with her lazy coworkers. One of the lazy ones that is never working the register is always complaining about working long hours but I've never actually seen her work. She's usually goofing off with other coworkers or outside smoking. Shelves are never stocked. Maybe once a week. And the coffee machines consistently say that

I thought it would be a cleaner Casey’s since it’s not very old, bathroom was filthy, most of cappuccino options were out, store was dirty around drink area and floors. Staff was having a good time with each other and line was long even with 2 cashiers and a manager sitting in the office with door open bantering with the help and another employee off duty? I don’t think I’d go back

0 large coffee cups, 2 types of coffee completely empty, zero beans inside, creamer out of order, lazy sign put on it, it just needs to be deep cleaned, been building up for months...whole coffee area disgusting. Sticky floors, weird people hanging out..just laziness.
