Casey's

If your doing a walk in order in the morning don't place an order with the old lady in the kitchen because your bound to find her hair in your food. I order 2 breakfast sausage pizzas and when i got home they both had hair in them. I called up there trying to get ahold of a manager but I'm pretty sure answer the phone and she was claiming to be the manager then hung up on me. I'm not buying pizza from her again.

It’s 953 and I walked into Casey’s to try and get some candy cause I have a sweet tooth and I’m on my way home from work and the gentleman nice looking guy backwards hat all the lights are off his jeeps out front running, we all know that you close at 10 so I ran to see if I could get some candy and the door was open and he says sorry ma’am we’re closed. This is horrible customer service, I work in the industry so I get late night customers, but I wasn’t coming to sit down and have a four course meal. I just wanted to get a couple candy bars.

The gentleman working at the checkout with the backwards hat was very rude and not friendly at all. Had an attitude over a misunderstanding that I was polite about. Did not feel like a paying customer but like a nuisance.

I went in tonight to grab my usual weekend essentials from the Casey's in Osceola. I go to Casey's since it is the closest to my home, and I love the usually friendly staff. Working retail, I understand last-minute shoppers can be a pest. However, when your hours of operation say you are open till 10:00, you are open till 10:00. I went in at 9:45 to grab a gallon of milk, a bottle of pop, a can of cope, and to get gas. I asked for my cope, and the lady behind the register scoffed at me rudely and mumbled under her breath as she had to get off her seat to grab my can. I was then told I needed to pay in cash because they had shut down their registers and would not open them up. I rarely carry cash, so what I did have didn't cover all my items.
