Charged for ice in my own cup. AND made other purchases, didn't just go in for a cup of ice. Cashier was 'sorry'. Sure. That's why you pushed the button to add the charge. 99 out of 100 convenience stores don't charge for ice not in a store cup. Those that do never see me again.

Customer service at this location is great. Food quality is equally as good.

I’ll start off by saying I think all of the cashiers here are amazing! They’ve never been anything but extremely kind and helpful. BUT the Blonde middle aged lady who makes pizza and food, very disrespectful. Gave her the benefit of the doubt the first 3 times she treated me and other customers like this thinking maybe she was having bad days. Every single time I’ve ordered while she was working, she sighs heavily, rolls her eyes, starts slamming things around, stomps around and starts yelling/ cussing. This has been multiple times now we’ve had her treat us this way for simply ordering food. We also saw her treating other customers AND her own co-workers like this. Definitely does not make customers want to come back.

Stopped in to use the restroom while passing through town. The cashiers that were working on June 17th around noon had zero disregard for the customers and gave me a dirty look and didn't respond when I said to them have a good day on my way out the door. When in all actuality the cashiers and employees should be interacting with thier customers and sending them off with a nice farewell or have a nice day .....

Best pizza in four states….Staff I feel should run pizza for the White House…..unbelievable staff….Casey’s 4 life
