Casa Villa Restaurant

This is our favorite Stamford Mexican place! Love Taco Tuesdays, $15 all you can eat (maybe ask them not to double-wrap) and the drinks are just strong enough! There’s a nicer dining room but in a pinch the area by the entrance is okay. Staff is friendly.

You know, I drove by this place a lot and even went to the package store right next to it, but I never noticed this place. Well, today on my way to get drinks, I noticed the place and decided to try them out. Holy smokes! I got the steak nachos with everything. This thing was heavy, and I enjoyed every bite! It's not a typical dine-in restaurant because it's small and ideal for takeout, but the food was great, and the portions were large.

We all had fajitas and they were excellent. Everything was well seasoned. The veggies were cooked just right. The tortillas and chips are so fresh! We also had the Mexican street corn - a real treat! Went back today. Even better than before and I remembered to take a picture this time. Shrimp Fra Diavalo and Huevos Rancheros. Excellent!!!

We have dined here twice and we liked it both the time. The food tastes really good. If you want it spicy they will customize the spice level based on your request.

Stopped in for a late breakfast of Huevos Rancheros today. It is by far some of the best I’ve eaten. Coffee was good too. Do your stomach a favor and order this the next time you are in the neighborhood. Parking around the restaurant is difficult at best even with a lot next the restaurant but it’s worth it. On past visits I’ve enjoyed their Carne Asada, Chicken Enchiladas and Camarones A La Diabla (shrimp in a lime garlic sauce if I remember it right).
