Had an issue when redeeming a 25 dollar good to go foods gift card, which was for a few different restaurants. Back in December 10, 2025. The gift card was scanned 3 times for 1 order. It was busy but I tried to question it because I ended up owing money and I never used it. Went home to double check the gift card activity. It was scanned 3 times. I have the receipt for the purchase I made and put money in. A little over a week later i Went during the day and manager wasnt there. Was told another day the manager was going to be in and When I got there the manager was already gone. And yes I came in the time frame I was given. I do not have time to come in, and its inconvenient for me to try to come hoping the manager was there. Carvel should have offered me credit, gift card for carvel sin

I’ve been here a few times since I started working in this area. I love getting a sweet treat on breaks! My favorites so far have been the banana soft serve and the cold brew ice cream. Recently, I got a cookie dough concrete, and though I appreciate the generosity of the toppings, it was far too much in my opinion. I had half a cup of cookie dough left over after finishing what I could of the dessert. I also thought it was a bit weird that they didn’t use gloves and used their hands to put a fallen topping back into my cup. Other than that, I service was nice and it’s a clean restaurant.

I had an amazing experience at this Carvel!! I called to place two cake orders. Brianna assisted me over the phone. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she waited while I looked on their website. She was so patient!! Once I decided and the order was placed, which one cake was for my daughter’s college graduation, she called me back to ask if I wanted the school colors for the piping. It was something I hadn’t even thought of. When she called me back she knew exactly what the colors were for UMD. I so appreciated her personal touch! So sweet! So thoughtful! When I went into pick up the cakes I met Amanda who also worked on my order she too was so kind. Dan the owner should be so happy with his staff. Dan is the new owner and he has brought this Carvel’s standards way up!!! Helpful staff, great

A worker with bright blue hair was nice to previous customers but as soon as I came up she had a straight face and then she was rushing making our orders and didn’t even ask me or my friend what toppings we would like. However the other worker who was helping me and my friend was really nice I would love to tell you who that worker was but I dont know her name .

The Bellmore Carvel is very special. The amount of love and care put into my son's birthday cake exceeded my expectations. Amanda is so talented and you can tell she is passionate about designing cakes. She even called me personally to ask if she could alter the cake a bit from the image I provided. It came out a million times better than the image! Thank you, I will only be ordering from you guys in the future!
