I have been going to Redefine Meals for over three years now, and they are my favorite meal prep service, as their food is always high quality and fresh with no preservatives. They have a great variety of chicken, steak, beef & seafood for all your protein needs. They are very well-priced, and I am always excited to receive their emails with the new meals that come out every so often. Some of my favorites are the Honey Garlic Mac and Cheese, Stuffed Peppers and Habachi Salmon. The customer service staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for healthy, well-portioned, calorie-conscious meals.

This place is amazing! They always have the food I’m craving especially when I’m wanting something unhealthy they have the perfect alternative! The food is 10/10 and so easy to heat up and bring to work or on the go!

Great food and very reliable

Redefine is my favorite meal prep by far. Simple to order or if you’re in a pinch you can always walk in and they have a ton of selections for on the go lunches. Highly recommend!
