Champagne AND spaghetti?! I am so happy you can order Caruso's at Vin Vivant. A match made in Heaven! The Caruso family is so nice and the food is just delicious, pure comfort food. The Gnocchi Al Forno is the best gnocchi I've ever had. Pillowy gnocchi in a hearty, garlicky marinara. It's like eating a WARM HUG. I also love the Fettuccine Vodka and Chicken Parmesan. The complimentary bread with roasted garlic oil is such a nice gift.

Small restaurant in Capitola with amazing Italian food. Food was absolutely delicious and the staff was super friendly. It did take a little bit of time to get the food out but you can tell it was fresh and it was worth the wait

My husband and I randomly came across Caruso’s Tuscan Cuisine by accident. Can I tell you, hands down the BEST Italian/Tuscan cuisine I have ever tasted. The food was authentic and the service was above superior. They truly make you feel like family. You may have to wait for a table, but rest assured it is worth every second. We have found our new Italian home! <3

Oh my goodness this place is fire! I tried the Margarita Pizza and the Panna Cotta, and they were absolute perfection. The pizza is light and has the ideal woodfired crust, while the Panna Cotta was so bouncy and creamy. Honestly, the best I've ever had. I will be back to order EVERYTHING.

We probably picked up the wrong day. The food was not good, the service was so so. My dish was not right, too much wine and make it acid. My wife dish was hot as hell, see video. The waiter saw us waiting a lot before starting to it, but she did not bother herself to check what was wrong. But she was handling the entire space by herself, so it was not her fault. Place is one room full of tables, you do not have privacy and people hit your table to go from point A to B, make sure you do not get the table at entrance or the one in front of kitchen station.
