Capitola Beach

Stunning beach—we absolutely love this place. The colorful buildings along the shoreline make it even more beautiful. Parking can be a little hard to find, but it’s worth it. The pier is great for fishing, with lots of people fishing there, and the sunset views are absolutely amazing.

I have been coming here for over 40 years and it still has a special place in my heart. I love going to Zeldas for lunch and stopping in at Mr. Toots for a coffee to warm up. Grabbing a late night slice of pizza, soda and t-shirt at Pizza My Heart for just $9. The shopping is so much fun, and the workers are friendly. Plenty of places to park, but pay attention to the time limits.

It’s one of our favorite spot when we come and visit our family who lives in Watsonville. There are shops and restaurants in the area. Might be hard to find a parking spot but worth it. If you’re planning to stay at the beach the whole day, go early.☀️🌊☀️🏖️🏝️😎👍

I love this beach. It is very relaxing, and I enjoyed watching the people surfing. Many little kids here at Capitola Beach have fun with their families. The area has many nice restaurants and bars. I can enjoy meals or drinks with beautiful views. The only problem is the parking near the beach is filled up quickly on the weekends. More parking lots available with within a 10 to 15-minute walk. Street parking is also available!

I’ll Never Forget this Beautiful Beach, It’s one of my favorites beaches in California, Plenty of great restaurants and bars, I love walking around and collect rocks, I can spend hours walking through the Wharf.
