We did a gender reveal with cannolis and it was an amazing experience with Carolena’s Bakery! Communicating with them was a breeze, they responded quickly, and they were so accommodating. We let them know ahead of time what we wanted to do and how many cannolis we wanted. We came in and gave the card (the one from the doctors that had the gender) and then left for 15 mins for them to make the filling and fill the cannolis. They filled the inside with the colored filling and then filled the ends with the regular ricotta cream filling so you wouldn’t see the colored cream inside. I was nervous coming from out of town and ordering a dairy free cake from a bakery that I had never been to for my son's small wedding. I didn't have to be. Rick did an outstanding job with the cake. It was delicious and beautiful and the happy couple loved it!!

I ordered a cake for my birthday and it was beautiful; however, it was so sweet that we couldn’t eat 😔 I don’t like to write bad reviews but to who has sugar problems make sure you tell them. I am thankful they made my cake in short notice. I also has a pepperoni pastry that was good.

Jenn and her husband did an amazing dessert table for my wedding which made us go back to see if they could do a smash cake for my son’s first birthday and they exceeded our expectations once again! They made an amazing cake on short notice and my son loved it

Carolena's is a new bakery in my neighborhood and it's great. The owner-bakers are local and very accommodating. Their chocolate cream pie is all homemade and made to order. I asked for extra whipped cream, so they made some on the spot. When I told them I prefer whipped cream to custard cream in my eclair, they made one to order immediately. Their stromboli is good too, and it freezes well. My favorite is the sausage and pepper stromboli but you'll have to order that one in advance. Overall, highly recommended.
