Baron's Homemade Ice Cream

This was my first time at Brickley’s Homemade Ice Cream, and it was phenomenal!!! The scratch-made waffle cones smelled intoxicating right when we walked up. And they tasted even better! I ordered the chocolate chip, which had vast chunks of chips. My family ordered cake batter, heath, and the Brinkley. All three were delicious. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. If you fancy yourself a south county treat to compliment a warm summer night , then Brickley’s is where you should go. Whether your a resident , or at your beach house on vacation , there is no better ice cream found in the Ocean State , then here. Located 5-10 mins off the highway , around the same from the beaches in the area , this is your best bet for a frozen treat. All their ice cream is fantastic. Homemade , tons of flavors , large scoops , and the waffle cones just add to the experience. They have good parking available , lines can be long , but move pretty quick . They also have a big tented area with picnic benches for outside seating. So if your local , visiting , or driving by , and you see this place … stop and treat yourself . Especially if you have never had it. Y

Wow. Amazing ice cream texture and absolutely delicious waffle cones. I don't usually dig a cone that hard. My lover and I shared a bing cherry + sweet cream cone. The bing cherries were tart without being overwhelming and the sweet cream, which gives you a sense of all the flavors' base, was super smooth. It remains to be seen if it will activate my corn intolerance... For now, I'm really pleased.

Ice cream is delicious and there is a great variety of choices. Definitely Homemade that is very creamy and pleasing! However, Chocolate Walnut changed to Walnut crunch? Haven’t tried Maple Walnut yet but wondering if it also changed to Walnut crunch? I enjoyed these two flavors because of the whole walnuts!! Might try Chocolate Walnut again?
