Took 1 hour to get my food with 2 people in line and an empty lobby. This use to be a good place to eat. Now it’s a good place to wait!

If I could give this place a zero I would! I came in for lunch on 9/12/24 at about 11:45 a.m. I ordered the fish with lobster bites and shrimp and broccoli and fried okra as my sides. When my order was brought to the table about 15 to 20 minutes later all I received was two pieces of fish and broccoli. I notified the lady with dyed blonde hair at the register she was very apologetic and went into the kitchen to get my missing items. The cook (a young girl with black hair in a ponytail & glasses) with the other lady came to my table and "I put everything on your plate what did you do with the food?". The food was good! The coleslaw could have been colder but other than that I was impressed with the food. Pretty close to long johns. The jalapeno popper were good as well.

I got a plate for $12 with the stuffed crab shells way over cooked couldn’t get it loose with my fork…then when I took a bite after getting it loose. It had a whole piece of a crab arm I’m assuming because it crunched and my mouth was full of shell. I had to spit it out. Also the hush puppies didn’t taste like hush puppies, which was disappointing because I ordered 6 it taste like bread with no flavor it was gross I spit it out too. The fish was brown from being over cooked. The clams were okay I got them as an added side But my entire plate I ordered was not good and I’m not eating it. Waste of $26 minus the clams became they were okay. Tried to eat just the fries and they are soggy and taste like old burnt grease. Worst experience ever ! I won’t be back!

This was the nastiest Captain Ds I have ever been to. Just dropped in on the way to Panama and the flies were overwhelming! All the tables and floors were dirty and workers bringing food out to customers on dirty trays! Never have I ever seen a restaurant so nasty.
