I would strongly advise against using this CPA. I have been requesting copies of my own tax records for over a month with no resolution. Communication has been inconsistent, and responsibility is repeatedly shifted to staff rather than handled directly. In addition, unexpected fees were added at the end of the year that were never clearly explained upfront. I feel I was overcharged, and transparency around billing has been a serious concern. I am now being told I have to pay additional money just to receive copies of my own documents. Do yourself a favor and consider other options. *Update* After posting this review, I received a message giving me 24 hours to remove it or they would have their attorney proceed against me for damages.
