The food truck was parked in the piggly wiggly plaza down 69 s today. Was driving home & randomly decided to check them out (2PM ish). We got the pulled pork plate. It comes with a bbq sauce, buns & 2 sides. We got baked beans & banana pudding. Good portion. I thought the beans were okay but my husband liked it. Pulled pork was fresh, tender & perfectly seasoned. Banana pudding was really good. They weren’t busy so we got our plate fast & they were friendly. Definitely recommend & will come back to try other items on the menu.
Great food. Nice people. Finally some brisket in Alabama!
Got a pulled pork plate with beans and banana pudding, everything was good but the pulled pork was great! Its seasoning and smoked flavor is the best I've had in Tuscaloosa so far!
Great food served fresh yet very quickly.
