Burger King

I have to comment as it’s been a while we have eaten inside a Burger King. In a while. We took advantage of coupons we had. We were amazed up clean this place was. You can tell that management takes a lot of pride in this location. I told the GM how impressed we were the food was great fresh and hot. With a few closing around us I hope this one stays.

Horrible customer service. Bought 12 pc chicken fries meal with a double cheeseburger an asked for sauce was given one and 2 packets of ketchup. Asked for an extra sauce and was told I no. After spending almost $20 I should have went the sub shop down the road.

For a large meal this is very disappointing. Did not receive large cups for the drinks, for comparison the onion rings that were hardly filled were the size of the cups. Only large thing from the meals were the whoppers.Edit:Not sure why I came back here but I can confirm I recieved a medium order last time, and ALSO this time my whopper with no cheese came with cheese. Gave them 2 stars but now it’s one. Also ask for your sauce at the window because they will not put it in the bag

Stopped here to grab a quick lunch on our way from Christmas shopping and was told we can't use the app codes inside the restaurant and would have to order through the app. We left and went across the street to Papa Ginos instead. Will never step foot inside a Burger King ever again.

You don't get onions automatically on a cheeseburger. You pay extra. And some sandwiches automatically get drenched in mayonnaise. Gross
