Nellie Rose - The Farm House

My experience at Nelly Rose was absolutely perfect! Brenda provided exceptional service from start to finish, warm, attentive, and truly on point. The food was superb, every dish full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Between the amazing service and incredible food, this was easily a 10 out of 10 experience. Had a great breakfast here, very simple and the food was good. Plenty of parking in the front and the back, country style atmosphere, plenty of tables and booths and our waitress was super friendly. Easy to find location on art 18 in Whitman. The prices are great, not outrageous and they give you a ton of food, there is no skimping at this place! I will definitely be back! If you are looking for specialty coffee’s you will not find them here, a very traditional breakfast place👍👍👍😊

UPDATE: I finally got to eat at the restaurant. Better than I remembered. Great service, laid back atmosphere. Very good food. My friend liked it alot. Prices were pretty good. Definitely a must visit in Whitman. Small business doing it right!!! Adding a star Pretty good. Cinnamon Swirl French Toast is really good. Good Bacon. I like the corn bread but my friend didn't. Her Eggs were cooked perfectly. I will definitely go back.

Nellie rose is always a regular spot for me. Always amazing service and food however this one instance our server, an older women with blonde/white curtly hair made it feel like our presence was nothing but an inconvenience for her. Our order was messed up, no apologies were expressed, and she barely checked in on us although many efforts were made to check in all her other tables around us. I was baffled as I have never had a negative experience here. I wish I didn't feel the need to write this review, however the service was just that bad with this specific server.

I recently moved to the area from Worcester and was sad about leaving my favorite diners behind. My fiancé and I go out to to breakfast every Sunday. Nellie Rose is by FAR on top of our favorite breakfast places list. The homemade corned beef hash is to die for and the cinnamon raisin toast is my favorite! We’ve been a lot and I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service. I love all the gals that work there, I usually sit at the counter and love watching the kitchen do their thing.
