The Alibi Tavern

Had my husband pick up a couple smash burgers on his way home from work. As I was eating I thought it tasted weird so I cut it in half and to my surprise both burgers are raw. It's a shame the we got it a couple times and was good but for the price that isn't a mistake we'll risk again. I literally almost threw up. it's a smash burger they literally cooked the outside and left the inside raw. It's Sunday would call and complain but the server and bartender didn't do it and by the time I ate the kitchen closed and if the cook was willing to serve me this I have no faith the next would be any better so didn't Bother it's shame I like the last burger but these were so gross just make sure you check your food before you eat here

Smash burger was great! Service was great as well. We aren't their typical clientele but we didn't feel uncomfortable. It sounds crazy in 2025 but it happens. Anyway great food and Service really funny signs everywhere will definitely be back

Stopped by for lunch to check out Alibi Tavern. It's a great neighborhood pub. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The menu selection is what you would expect with daily specials. What I didn't expect was to get REAL thick carved turkey when I ordered the turkey avocado panini! I loved the crispy crinkle fries that come with the sandwiches. My fellow diner had a stuffed quohoag off the special menu and the smash burger - both were really good. Only a handful of basic beers on tap. The prices were very reasonable for the meal. We sat at the bar and service was excellent. I found Alibi to be a worthy stop for lunch and will be back

I was on a double date here and the staff was so kind and quick with service. The food was fantastic and I am an extremely picky eater. I loved everything! We all did. 3 of us got smash burgers and it was worth it! It was well prepared, crispy fries, perfect onion rings, and best of all CLEAN silverware and tables. No sticky menus. Perfect place for a date night or if you’re having a bad day. 10/10 recommend! I’ve gone here a few times and had the same lady take our orders and her service never changes, just an awesome human being! Dark hair and circular glasses. I can’t rave enough!
