Hair in a double cheeseburger. I called the store. They didn’t seem too concerned. Said thanks for letting us know. That’s disgusting!

Ushanda (not sure if the spelling is correct). At the drive-thru has a horrible attitude. Just hateful and acts miserable. She acts like she hates the entire universe. Also, you don't just get to keep the change just because you're "out of pennies." Don't just inform the customer. I'll gladly give you a penny. Or a few.

The food we ordered was pretty good once we got it. When I walked in several of the employees were goofing off. I stod there several minutes before anyone came to take my order. I went back to get our free mini cone and no one came to the counter. I stood there 10 to 15 minutes and then left. Not happy at all.

The worst burger king I've done in my life. Had to repeat the order 3 times, my order and all of the other customers order was wrong and when opened it, it was awefull food! The wrap as done like yesterday, the nuggets too and we didn't eat most of it. I am not a fan of fast foods but this experience remembered me why...

Ordered buttered biscuit, the biscuit was so small and hard and dried out. Did not butter it, just gave cold butter on the side. Very disappointed.
