Burger King

I didn’t get the young man’s name in the drive thru, he told me his name in the greeting but I wasn’t listening. He was so sweet honestly the best BK I’ve been to. The food was hot and the drinks tasted good. Everything was great especially the wait time. I will definitely be back.

I normally dont write bad reviews but this was ridiculous. I had put in a mobile order that was said to be ready to pick up ASAP. When I arrived at the drive thru the lady on the mic was extremely quiet and asked me to wait. I waited for 10 minutes before asking if she was ready, She told me to wait some more. I have no idea how long it was before she finally talked to me again with me convincing her. I told her I had a mobile and she asked me to pull up to the window. The order is what I believe is simple, 1 wopper, extra mayo, large fries, and one large root beer no ice. When I pulled up to the window I was surprised to see that I was the only one in the drive thru. I reassured myself that she was probably just busy and waited to be greeted. No one was there. No one was at the window. I

Horrible customer service the manager I assume pointed his finger in my face and told me to wait when I was trying to place an order. I was in the actual drive-through line for 25 minutes then when I go inside to see what’s going on, he was being super friendly With a group of Hispanic people, and whenever I was next in line, he pointed his finger in my face and told me to wait a minute, so I walked out

Took 30 minutes for a impossible wopper. The Burger King off of White Settlement Road is so much better. 5 minutes for my food, and it doesn't taste like the food is burnt.

They had so many food orders from like door dash that they weren't able to take are order. They wanted us to order on an app or online. That's just ridiculous! So we left. Wait time was outrageous when there wasn't anyone even there.
