Burger King

5 years I've lived in Jefferson and 5 years I've tried to give this place a try multiple times. It's unbelievably slow. I get being understaffed, I cook for a living. But Jesus Christ guys what are you doing? Like seriously it makes no sense to me that the line is completely empty yet I have to fit at the window and not even get my order taken for 8 minutes. And then when I say hello to get the attention of the person on the mic thinking that they forgot about me they're rude as hell. Get some more and some better staff in here because this is obnoxious.

So cold inside we could barely stand it. 37 degrees outside, may have been 40 degrees inside. Ridiculous!

8/16/2025 8:15 pm. Seldom do you see such consideration at a fast food location. The staff was very respectful and pleasant. Good food and great customer service really go a long way. The woman at the drive through was polite and helpful, and sincere on top of it all. The food was great and I was really pleased all around.

Trash service. Employee said they cannot make any Burgers because they turned off their broilers already and there was still an hour before closing... Why would you stop making food and hour before you close...

I love Burger King. I go there twice a week some weeks. This evening I do not. I placed my order online through the mobile app. Went to the drive through where two females were laughing and seemingly having some issues with the speaker box. So I waited quite some time. Went to the first window informed the nice lady I had an order. She apologized and asked for me to pull back around. I understood and did so. I waited in line once more. Some time went by. The car in front of me had waited that same amount behind me the first go around. I finally pull around once more where I waited while two females ignored me at the window for a while again. I was nice when she finally came to the window and told her my order number. She said “ I told you to turn around” so rudely. I told her that it was.
