Bojangles

I'm so irked that it's not even funny. I stopped in shortly before 6 and ordered the breast and wing meal....I get home and I have two wings..(plus my sides)...thanks for ruining my experience. Have that nice young man that was running the register and the girl he was cutting up with to stop chit chatting when preparing orders as they were both picking at one another and both were holding the box when she picked the two wings

My family just stopped here for a quick drink, but this was still a rather exceptional Bojangles! For starters, that might be the best looking fast food bathroom I've ever seen! The service was prompt and we got our drinks rather quickly. There were also various signs and posters around the building that reflected the local atmosphere of the mountains, and they had a little area carved out, for lack of a better word, that was decorated in honor of the local high school graduates!

Good service, food always delicious, service always fast. Best Bojangles in the tri-county area

Really disappointed in the chicken. It was super small and overcooked. The chicken strips were so overcooked they were hard, and so little. The fries were overly salty. The Dirty rice was excellent and so was the tea and biscuits. Kids were satisfied, Adults were not.

I am from North Carolina and I have been to so many Bojangles in my lifetime. I have never felt more patriotic than I did walking into the Bojangles in West Jefferson. The staff is splendid. The atmosphere is unmatched. I feel like I'm in an actual restaurant.. I also have strong feelings towards the American flag at Christmas tree.
