Burger King

Went to Burger King on armory this morning and previously visited three or four times prior to this day same morning girl I believe her name is Jeneva she is very helpful responds fast to people at front counter runs behind and also makes the food. Great Work ethnic, they need more people like her and the older white lady that works mornings I will only come when them two are working

I just left Burger King in Franklin Virginia.The drink had a funny taste to it. I don't know if they didn't clean their machines,or what,This restaurant needs to get it together. It took me 15minutes to get my order .The whopper Jr. look like a kid size hamburger.The toppings were very little to none,Not worth the the money.They need to go back to theBigger Burgers, And Fries that doesn't taste bitter,and under salted.Come on Burger King You Can Do Better.

If you are in a hurry then NEVER go to the Franklin, BK. Even if no one is behind you, you are always told to pull up. In the last 5 visits, the fries are always cold, 4 out of 5 times the buns were mostly hard and the burger is always so cold the cheese doesn't even melt. On a simple order (I don't do any alterations on my order) I have never gotten my food any faster than 7 minutes and again 5 out of 5 times it has been cold. Lastly the drinks, no matter what drink is ordered always taste off. Either the carbonation is to high or the syrup is. Normally BK is my favorite fast food but even if you love BK you need to avoid Franklin and NEVER even attempt to go by the Windsor location as that one....Well I don't even have the words for how bad that one is..

Ernest possesses amazing customer service skills- not something I’m used to at a fast food place honestly. Genuinely a good guy it seems. Also, I rarely leave reviews so there is that

I don’t appreciate at walking in to the manager and customer downright having a screaming match especially at 10am. I should have walked out but after driving for hours we just wanted some breakfast. They sat there and argued for 10 minutes. Manager needs to learn to control her temper as after customer left she then went outside and still continued to antagonize the customer instead of staying inside store. Other than that the young man taking my order was extremely nice and was even going to make me fresh coffee but it was made 30 minutes prior. That is customer service!
