I ordered from Uber Eats. There’s a large bug in the box. And it’s moving fast when I was about to open the box. That’s a super terrifying experience. I’ve been ordering here many times, but now I have serious concerns about the cleanness of kitchen Edit after two weeks: After figuring out a quick moving bug for more than 2 weeks and I finally got some replies. And if you all can read that paragraph, it leaves me with a very unpleasant feeling, as though I'd rather find a bug in my food. Do you really think scoring high marks will keep the bug out of my food? If one can achieve 98.5 even with bug in one's food, then I've truly learnt something.

I got a custom bowl with bulgogi beef and lots of toppings. The bulgogi beef, kimchi, and gochuchang sauce were all very good. I appreciate that they have a lot of options to experiment with. I'm not sure if I just got lucky but the meat portion was very generous, like definitely more meat than you'd get a chipotle or a cava--and they don't charge extra for beef like most places these days. Great spot when you're really hungry and you're craving fresh Asian food.

Great location + plenty selections to pick from. Food was alright, need a little more flavor in the additives that just from the sauce. So, make sure you at least get two sauces to create a better dish. The size of each bowl is more than enough- you could even save for left overs. There is the possibility to create your own bowl. Team members friendly + provide quick service. Would return, maybe to create own bowl. The beverage selection is t anything special, the dispensers were low on product, when I got to there just after restaurant opened for the day. Which likely they could have been preparing them in the back.

Stopped by here for lunch (dined-in). I ordered the Tokyo Signature Rice bowl which came with Teriyaki chicken, roasted vegetables, pickled red onion, and others as well as multiple different sauces. The base is usually rice but I had it substituted for noodles for a couple of dollar extra. The food was very tasty and the portion was generous. The store is very clean as well. Indoor/outdoor seating available

While the Kimchi Chicken Sandwich boasted a promising interplay of textures and flavors, the execution leaned towards the heavy side. The fried chicken, though undeniably satisfying, proved somewhat overwhelming in conjunction with the bread and fries. While the individual components were well-prepared, the overall composition lacked a certain lightness and balance.
