Bruegger's Bagels

I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment, as it has been weighing on my mind. On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, I visited between 7:50 and 8:00 a.m., hoping to enjoy a quick breakfast before work. I approached the counter and explained to the young lady that I had come in the day before, Monday, January 5, around the same time, and unfortunately, my bagel order was incorrect. I simply wanted to ensure that this time my order would be right. I understand that people have busy days, and when she asked why I hadn’t called or returned the previous day, I explained that I was at work and unable to be on my phone unless it was an emergency. I could sense that my request caught her off guard, which perhaps affected her response. I wasn’t seeking a refund or anything for free; I

Stopped by the location trying to find a dissent place to eat something, was my first time here. The crew was very helpful by helping explain about the menu. I randomly chose a cinnamon raisin toasted with a cream cheese and a cup of coffee. Very tasty, delicious and served with beautiful smile of that young man but sorry didn’t catch his name.

Great customer service as always at this location. Quick and efficient ordering time. However my bagels had a lot to be desired that I ordered today. They did not seem thoroughly baked and some were squished. Ordered a baker's dozen. Kindly see the attached photos.

Best Bruegger's Bagels ever! Really friendly staff. Excellent food and fast service. Joey, Malachi, and Tiffany treated us well.

Service was unusually good. Ramsey was very attentive and pleasant. I imagine half the reason people go to this store is to get a hello from Ramsey. Food was delicious. Salmon bagel is excellent. Good vibes all around.
