Bruegger's Bagels

Coralville location never made our order after placing an online order. They didn’t even seem remorseful which tells me that they are probably used to performing poorly. Wife wasted 20 minutes waiting past the pickup time and while everyone else was served, they never even worked our order. Never going back to any location of theirs.

The bagels were sliced so off-center that one side was about 1mm thick while the other was 1 inch thick .. Our bagels had a rotten sour bread smell to them and tasted like they were spoiled. We stopped eating them after a couple bites, then threw them into the trash

Our go to ball spot! If you want to try somedifferent and refreshing rather then warm. Opt for the smoked salmon! Definitely haven't ordered anything else for more then 10yrs. Great workers here as well, dont forget to leave them a tip they deserve it!

Beautiful place, Order response at a busy time was very prompt Although a biiit expensive for a “Bagel Burger” and an “Orange Juice” But definitely would consider to revisit
