Bruegger's Bagels

I’m not joking at all I’m saying this is the worst Brueggers bagels I’ve ever been too. This is not based off one visit I’ve been here 10+ times. The staff sucks big time but the worst part is they close before they are supposed to all the time. Says 2pm close but doors will be locked by 1:00-1:30 with staff still inside on their phones. Not to mention if you order after 12:00 they will be out of 75% of their bagel types. Just go to dunkin at this point

Young kids work the fastest they can. Place was good. I ate from this place every morning while I was in Brookline. I loved that I can make.my own coffee. They give you a choice of skim milk, almond, whole , cream and different flavored coffees. Nice place to go.

I ordered a dozen bagels on DoorDash . The delivery was exceptional, fast and good , but as for bagels …let the photos tell the story . They will be rejected at a good bakery

Breuger’s Bagels has been my go-to spot for breakfast bagels for years! I see why people are upset when they run out… they’re super popular and close early (hence… breakfast)! The staff is so sweet and accommodating; I always have custom sandwich requests, and they are more than welcoming! I can’t wait to come back &make my first iced French vanilla coffee there!

Staff is always in a bad mood, and they take it out on each other and the customers. It seems like every two weeks the full staff turns over. Must be a miserable place to work--I feel bad for the staff more than upset with them as there's clearly a management problem. Bagels taste good but are often deformed or of strange sizes. They obviously don't care.
