Brownstone Pancake Factory (Edgewater, NJ)

You have to visit Brownstone Pancake and see all the variations of pancakes you can order. I advise saving room for their amazing milkshakes at the end! The food portions are large and you can definitely share a dish. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. We came before noon and we were seated quickly. Valet staff were nice upon arriving at the restaurant and our server was patient and kind. It was a great experience overall. Come hungry!

My wife and I ate at The Brownstone Pancake Factory in Edgewater, NJ and WOW… this was hands down some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. Every bite was on point—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth the visit. On top of that, our waiter Renee was AMAZING. She brought the best energy, was super attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. Her service alone took the whole experience to another level—10x better, easily. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. Incredible food, great vibes, and top-tier service. Free valet parking. Food was tasty. Desserts were not as great. Brownies were old hard. I gave it a 4 because we waited for water. I think this is something should be on the table when you sit down. Coffee was amazing.

Stepped in for the first time to have some breakfast. Valet parking in the front. Attendant was quick and attentive, no issues there. Service inside was quick and responsive. New staff was being trained and our server was nice to be able to teach her while we made somewhat complex orders. Atmosphere was very welcoming and comforting. Food overall was amazing especially the coffees. 10/10 would come back alone for the coffees

We stopped in today for a treat and our experience exceeded our expectations. We were able to gather our things and leave our car with the valet parking (in the snow - nice touch!). Upon entering during the end of the rush, our greeter let us know that it would only be a couple of minutes as they were clearing a table for us. Once we sat, we were asked if we needed someone to take our order or if we wanted some time to peruse the extensive menu. We'd come for a specific item and didn't need any extra time, so she sent someone over right away to take our order. Although it was busy, it wasn't a long wait.
