$15 for a turkey sandwich on a bagel is WAY too much. I could make it at home for <$5. The atmosphere is great and the workers are friendly, just don't order anything more than $10, it's not worth the cost.

The bagels were amazing! I have never had a bagel like them before. They were not too chewy, and the were much lighter than other regular bagels. I love them 💗

I lived in Simsbury and haven’t been back in a few years and was in the area today and decided to make a pitstop. Bagels are still very good. I had to get a half dozen to bring home. A half dozen of bagels was about 8 dollars. Our bagels with cream cheese were delicious with plenty of cream cheese, these were around 4.00 each. Worth it!

The new owner is rude, disrespectful and discourteous. Instead of introducing herself to a loyal customer for 20 years with a smile and a handshake, she came out front guns ablazing, accusing me of talking free refills. She was not only nasty, but she was mistaken. My first cup had a hair in it so I dumped it out in the sink and poured another The second cup was cold. To warm it up, I added a little more coffee. Her customer service skills are horrendous. I will be enjoying going to Lox, Stock and Bagels in Granby as their owner is delightful. I highly recommend them over Brookside. They know how to treat their patrons right. Good Riddance to Brookside!

Been going here for years. Good food. Good service. Today was my first issue. Ordered two sandwiches. Just BEC and one sandwich with extra bacon. Got that but it also had extra hot sauce & ketchup that was not requested. Mistakes happen but please be more careful. Thanks and enjoy the holidays
