Simsbury Public Library

What a great library! Childrens area is very separate from the main library which is always a plus! The library is beautiful, very quiet with a lot of fun activities all around. Childrens area is huge with a lot of fun toys! Playgroups are very fun with some very pleasant people running them!

At this time in my life, I'm becoming somewhat of a library connoisseur. I usually go to the children's section because they always have good play areas for kids. I even like read to my kids there sometimes (when they want to listen). The rest of the library is upstairs. Simsbury Public Library is definitely one of my favorites. Once you walk in, the childrens section is on the left side. The employees were very friendly. They have up to date technology, which is convenient! There is a kiosk you can check your books/items out with. Don't forget to download the Libby App, you can borrow audiobooks on there. Also, you can reserve items and they leave it in a lock box outside and you can pick it up after hours. The library is a great resource; they offer programs, services, computer access,

Simsbury library has an excellent children’s section. Ms Katie and Ms Stephanie have several preschool 30-60 minute activities which I and my 22 month old grandson attend weekly. These 2 librarians are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their weekly activities are fun and educational. I feel very fortunate to be able to have such a wonderful library so close to my home!

My favorite library!!! Nice place, everything is in the correct place, the environment here is so nice, the service is very good. Al the people who work here here are polite and kind. Good organization for every event, and here offers a lot of activities for all the ages. I found a good friends in my English class and my 2 teachers are so amazing. I wish I could find places like this in my country 🙂

Librarian helped me with my very weird request of being escorted to the poetry section. The atmosphere was so calming that someone was literally sleeping on top of their book.
