We do not get many chances for adult time. As we were in Simsbury, we decided to see if there were any interesting brunch locations. I saw the fluffy pancakes and I was sold. Upon entering, the hostess was pleasant and sat us immediately. Or waitress came over shortly after seating which made us know we're were in the right place. There were so many great things on the menu it was hard to decide, so we went with 3 options. I had to stop hubby cause he wanted to order everything in sight 😅 I had chicken and waffles, and souffle pancakes he ordered eggs with toast, bacon, sausage, hash and asparagus. Wow!! This was an hour’s drive from home and worth every minute. The food was phenomenal, and the soufflé pancakes were amazing! I also highly recommend their version of chicken and waffles. The service was great and the interior has a cozy vibe. Great music as well. Already planing a return visit.

Came here like most people to try the Japanese soufflé pancakes and they were incredible! I got the apple crumble flavor which was available that day and the flavors were balanced so perfectly. The only downside was that the portions felt very small for the price. The airiness of these types of pancakes already make them not very filling in general, but to have the size of them also be so small was not ideal. The matcha latte and ube matcha latte were very good as well!

The place was beautifully decorated with a lovely “plants” theme, which I absolutely loved. I ordered the Blossom Brekkie and Soufflé Pancakes. The asparagus was prepared in a unique and delicious way—quite different from how we usually cook it. The hash browns were shaped into patties with a wonderful flavor. And the pancakes simply melted in my mouth! Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, and I’d definitely love to come back.

The entire experience was 10/10! Not only was the food delicious and fresh but the service was also excellent and the presentation alone deserves its own stars!!! Our waiter was so attentive and warm with us. And he made some delicious lattes for us! The decor inside is gorgeous and gives such a calm vibe. We can’t wait to go back I highly recommend.
