Broken Symmetry is one of my go to spots, especially because it is so close to the office. We literally just cross the train tracks and we are there, which makes it a perfect place to stop by after work or for a quick bite. The food menu is great and has a lot of delicious options. One of my personal favorites is the pretzel. It is always warm, soft, and pairs perfectly with their drinks. The quality of the food is consistently good and it is clear they put thought into their menu. As a brewery, they also have a great beer selection. If you enjoy trying different styles, I definitely recommend getting a flight so you can sample a few options. They also make good cocktails, so there is something for everyone whether you prefer beer or mixed drinks. The staff are always attentive, friendl
My family stopped here on our way home to the Lehigh Valley from Boston. This brewpub wasn’t far off the beaten path and had decent crowd for a Sunday. Our server was friendly and gave us some good recommendations on beer and food. The counterparts on also recommend a beer to take home, which I did. The food was fantastic. I ordered a peach salad special and my wife had a smash burger with onion rings. Others in our party ordered the smash burger and there were no complaints! Highly recommend if you’re in the area or traveling through.
We hosted a private wedding event here and the staff really went above and beyond for us. The space looked lovely, the food was continually refreshed, they thought of many things during the planning process that we had not considered (Rachel is a rockstar event planner). We had 40 people in the restaurant during a snow storm and they stayed open, professional, and in good humor for us the whole time. We had a couple dietary restrictions pop up during the event and they accommodated everyone right away. They also set up a pickle fountain for me, a real dream come true. Our guests had a lovely time. 10/10 would get married here again.
Got the dad body burger, told the girl I didn't like runny eggs so she was going to have it fully cooked but it came with an oozong yolk that I scraped it off and ate it, it was good minus the yolk, tried the full 9 flight and they were all very good. I will be going back for sure.
Food is so good and the new beers that are coming are amazing. Will be back.
