BREAD FOLK

I happened across this home micro-bakery via Google maps, oddly enough. I was stalking their website for a couple weeks and noticed they had king cake this week! I got the pistachio. It is excellent! Very buttery, made with a lot of patience and care, not cloyingly sweet, rich flavor, luscious texture. Perfect accompaniment for coffee or tea. Will definitely keep an eye out for their other offerings. Thanks y'all! 💜

The bread is too good. We have now for weeks in a row blown through a whole loaf, and multiple sweets in less than 24 hours. Then we have to wait a full week u til the next drop. Too good I tell you.

Absolutely amazing! This NOLA bakery is a true gem. The breads and pastries are fresh, flavorful, and made with so much love—you can taste the difference in every bite. The staff is warm and welcoming. If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Highly recommend!

Wonderful breads and wonderful owner. Bread Folk is a weekly indulgence for me and the fact I can get a delivery from The Man himself makes it oh so much sweeter. Try the Cardamom Buns and you'll be back every week. Love this place and can't wait to see the growth.

SO. GOOD! (family favorites: any bread with cheese in it. and the cinnamon rolls. **also the gluten free fam swears by the “cube.”)
